Courses and Retreats for couples to relax, discuss all things pregnancy, labour and birth while considering their birth preferences.
What are BirthTactics Courses?
A collaboration between myself and fellow Doula Gabby Matthews – drawing on a wealth of knowledge and experience we have gathered over the years. Courses will be run at different venues in Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire and surrounding counties with retreats being planned in the UK and Mallorca
BUMPS, BUBBLES and BONDING UK RETREATS – Various Venues
We will offer these over a weekend, welcoming you on a FRIDAY evening where you will meet other retreat guests along with Gabby and Lynne.

SATURDAY
After Breakfast, we will start the BirthTactics – Your Birth, Your Baby Antenatal Course. There will also be time during the day for you to enjoy the venue facilities.

SUNDAY
Starts after breakfast, with more of the BirthTactics Your Birth, Your Baby course followed by time at the venue
BUMPS, BUBBLES and BONDING UK RETREATS – Various Venues
Antenatal retreats with a difference!
As well as the BirthTactics Your Birth Your Baby Antenatal course, you will also benefit from the warmth of the island and the wonderful local therapists who will offer pregnancy massage; gentle flow dance; pool relaxation and movement.

Delicious local food and hospitality are also available along with the option to extend your stay if you wish.
BUBBLES and BONDING UK POSTNATAL RETREAT
A BirthTactics retreat day suitable for mums and babies from birth to about three months.
A lovely opportunity to meet other mums or carers in a calm, supportive setting.
You will be welcomed with a glass of bubbly (non alcoholic) and will be offered nibbles, lunch and tea/coffee throughout the day.
The day offers you the opportunity to relax with your baby, starting with a Baby Massage taster session and ending with some gentle mum and baby relax, stretch and breath.
In between, there will be listening circles and time to gossip about your birthing, early motherhood experiences.
