Support When You Most Need It 

A birthing doula:

• Offers Emotional, practical and signposting support before, during and after childbirth.

• Mothers the mother (Parents the parents)

• Enables new parents to have the most satisfying and empowered time during pregnancy, birth and the early days of parenthood.

As a birth doula, my aim is to provide continuous support to help you have a calm and positive experience whatever way you birth. I am passionate about helping you to create your preferred birth environment whether it is to be at home or in hospital. Every woman’s needs are unique and I have different packages available that can be adapted to suit you:

Orchid Package: (full doula package)

• 3 antenatal sessions where we meet and discuss your birthing preferences; any previous birth experiences; the principles and practice of hypnobirthing. 

• 24/7 support by phone, WhatsApp or email.

• 24/7 on call - 14 days before your estimated due date until your baby arrives.

• Support for the duration of your labour, birth and the Golden Hour until you feel settled.

• One postnatal session within 10 days of your birth where we can discuss your birth journey and anything you might need moving forward.

Rose Package: 

This is the same as the Orchid package but without the principles and practice of hypnobirthing. This will suit women who already feel well informed or who may be attending Antenatal classes.

Daisy Package: 

This is for women who have previously attended my classes and where we already have an established relationship. The Daisy package is the same as Orchid and Rose but without the Hypnobirthing and antenatal sessions. This package can also be used if your named birthing partner is unable to attend at short notice.
